These rules apply as soon as you create an account on this platform.

Your account

Your account is personal. Keep your details correct and your password to yourself. Abuse can lead to suspension by a moderator.

Paid roles and subscriptions

The organiser and calculator roles are paid, per month or per year. You always see the current prices before you pay. After a successful payment your term starts right away.

When your subscription expires you first get a short grace period, then limited mode: your data stays stored, but managing only works again after renewal. Remaining time is never lost when you renew on time.

You can cancel at any time; your role stays active until the end of the paid period. Periods already paid are not refunded.

Fee per event

The administrator can set a fixed fee per created event. When active, you clearly see the amount before you create the event.

Event registrations

A registration is only final after the organiser approves it. Any participation fees are listed on the event; payment and cancellation are settled with the organiser. You can withdraw as long as the event has not started.

Liability

The platform brings organisers and participants together. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, you for the accuracy of your data and your insurance. We do our best to keep the site available but can never fully rule out outages.

Ending and changes

You can always delete your account yourself via your profile. We announce important changes to these terms on the platform.
